Nyewood Estate and Sunnyhill Park Estate Residents Association
We are a Bognor Regis Residents Association and were formed and exist to act on behalf of our residents on matters that are of concern to them in order to preserve our quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Working for you and with you to keep Bognor Regis a bright and pleasant town in which to live.
From builders waste, successfully defeating Stone Pillow with their overdevelopment plans in 2016 and being instrumental in the rejection of the 43 bed HMO on Nyewood Lane in 2020 these are all matters, large and small that we have engaged with on behalf of our residents.
If you have an issue with noise pollution, antisocial behaviour, parking, environmental issues like litter, and waste and also planning applications or overdevelopment of existing buildings let us know and we will get in touch with the relavent authorities.
We are a Residents Association based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
We are members of NORA – National Organisation of Residents Associations.
We cover the areas referred to as the Nyewood Estate being Nelson Road and Tennyson Road and the Sunnyhill Park Estate being Crescenta Walk, Parkway and Westingway.
We act on behalf of the residents not only on matters within the roads named but also in the local area and the town as a whole that may affect residents and the wider community.
